WHAT DO SESSIONS INVOLVE?

THE FIRST SESSION

This is generally a taster session to help you understand more about practical nature of the work and whether it will be suitable for you before committing to a series of sessions. Initially you will be offered the opportunity to explain what you specifically wish to gain from Waterbody sessions and whether you have any injuries or health problems that need to be considered.

If you are a swimmer you will then be asked to swim your strokes to help demonstrate your feel for the water. From here an assessment can be made for how to meet your intentions and goals.

If you do not swim we will begin working on initial confidence building techniques which will be the foundation for subsequent sessions.


FUTURE SESSIONS

Future sessions will help increase confidence and awareness, teach new strokes or improve existing ones, relieve everyday stresses and tensions and above all enable you to feel completely at one with the water.
