HOW MANY SESSIONS DO YOU NEED?

Generally it is suitable to book regular sessions, once a week if possible, especially if you are working towards developing your confidence. Some people however choose to book on a fortnightly or monthly basis, although often this is more appropriate if you are a regular swimmer fine-tuning your strokes.

The quantity of sessions varies from person to person and it is easier to offer an approximate figure of how many may be required to help you achieve your intentions and goals after the initial one.

To help your progression within the sessions it is highly beneficial to practise when possible between each session. This will aid your learning process and help strengthen your personal connection with the water.
