Sophie Lewis is a registered Shaw Method teacher and qualified Ai Chi Instructor. She has Watsu Basic and Level One as well as her ASA Full Teachers & Disabilities Certificates. She is fully insured with ISTC.

Sophie also has a BA (Hons) degree in Fine Art Textiles from Goldsmiths' College, University of London, and Foundation Level qualifications in dance, art and digital media.
