Ai Chi
Similar to Tai Chi, Ai Chi focuses on harmonising your internal and external energy through slow rounded movements with the breath, strengthening your "bodymind" connection. The series of simple meditative flowing movements encourage greater poise, balance and flexibility to be enjoyed both in the water and on land. Practised in warm water to soothing music, Ai Chi helps to increase a heightened sense of inner calm and wellbeing, uplifting your spirits and positivity. It is appropriate for all ages and abilities.
